Ingvild Bjornvold is an independent consultant. Most recently, she spent ten years in various roles at Social Solutions, where she played an integral role in positioning the company as a leader in performance management. In partnership with the Urban Institute and Child Trends, she played a leadership role in developing PerformWell, a website that provides tools and practical knowledge to help organizations measure program quality and outcomes. She organized – and continues to organize – popular webinars on various topics related to performance management in practice. Ingvild started out conducting implementations of Efforts to Outcomes (ETO™) software, and subsequently led the development of Social Solutions’ Initiators, out-of-the box software configurations designed to support the use of real-time data for continuous improvement. Her most recent role at the company was as director of product marketing.

Prior to joining Social Solutions, Ingvild worked for various nonprofit organizations, including Amnesty International in Norway and France, and the Center for Development and Population Activities and Asian American LEAD in Washington, DC. Ingvild has an M.A. in applied anthropology from American University.
