A Quality Assurance professional with over 16 years’ experience of helping non -profit organizations build strong data infrastructures. She is passionate about helping organizations develop high performance qualities to improve the impact of their work. Kimberly has been very successful with finding burden free solutions to address the use of multiple data system required of organizations in the non-profit sector. She has influenced, developed and managed economic models to inform organizations in the areas of cost per services, capacity needs, service utilization and meaningful calculations of return on investments. Her previous roles have included leading development of meaningful metrics for alternative education models including implementation of early warning systems for disconnected and disengaged students.
A Sociologist at heart, Kimberly has a bachelor degree from University of Connecticut and has continued her personal development in research, evaluation, theory, and technology through trainings at Brandeis University. She also attained a Gold level System Administration Certificate with Social Solutions, ETO where she also was the recipient of their UNITE Award in 2016. Kimberly has served as a member of the Governor’s Cabinet on Nonprofit Health and Human Service – Data/Technology Subcommittee under Dannel Molloy’s administration in the State of Connecticut.
