Kate brings over twenty-five years of experience in organizational management, marketing and communications, nonprofit leadership, and project management. She has held leadership positions in a number of organizations, including the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission where she built and oversaw the Public Affairs and Community Partnerships Division for Montgomery Parks, at Pathfinder International, where she oversaw global communications efforts and led a variety of organization-wide management initiatives, and at Revels, a national cultural arts nonprofit, where she blended her love of music and the arts with her passion for cultural diversity and understanding.
