Kylie Hutchinson combines her formal education and expertise in program evaluation and program sustainability planning with over thirty years‚ experience working in the not-for-profit sector as a consultant, trainer, program manager, board member, and volunteer. She is the author of three books on program planning and evaluation: Survive and Thrive: Three Steps to Securing Your Program’s Sustainability, A Short Primer on Innovative Evaluation Reporting, and editor of Evaluation Failures: 22 Tales of Mistakes Made and Lessons Learned. Her passion is designing practical tools and resources for evaluators and not-for-profits including free tip sheets, a video on systems thinking and evaluation, a mobile learning course in evaluation for senior decision-makers, and an online evaluation glossary. She also has a strong background in training and facilitation and is well-known in the evaluation community for her webinars and workshops.
