Drawing on 25+ years experience, Erika Carr (formerly Cospy) is a seasoned executive with deep knowledge of public, private and nonprofit sectors. She is known for Authentic Leadership and building strong Client Relationships that yield exceptional outcomes in a myriad of leadership roles. Her tenure includes positions ranging from Chief Impact and Growth officer (National Association of Black Accountants), Senior Director, Advisory Services (Grads of Life) and most recently launching Cospy Concepts, LLC – a nonprofit focused on creating sustainable change for black and brown communities where she serves as Founder and CEO. Erika especially has a soft heart and a drive for creating equitable career opportunities for overlooked young adults so they can grow and thrive personally and professionally.

Erika has a keen eye for inclusion, positive social impact and growth intiatives. She enjoys optimizing operational performance, structuring organizatioal design models and building transformational strategies. This includes Program/Project Management and Improvement expertise honed while serving as Senior Manager, National Community Engagement at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Early in her career, Erika served as Financial Services Account Executive where she helped clients solve challenging problems through high-impact strategies while leading multi-million-dollar portfolio. She also provides strategic oversight and cultivates a culture of purpose and significance for her project teams.

Erika is a proud new wife/bonus mom, daughter of a two time Marine Corps Vietnam Vet, Cali native and a HBCU grad. When not at work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, learning, dancing, skating and music. She graduated with from Bennett College with a BA in Business Administration. She then obtained her MBA from University of Phoenix. She has also earned several certificates in topics ranging from Design Leadership, Project Management and Executive Business Communication.
