Mason Burley, PhD brings over two decades of experience in the public, philanthropic, corporate and university sectors to his role as chief executive officer of Urbanova. He joined the team in 2022 and oversees every aspect of the organization’s mission, strategy, and portfolio of projects. Previously, Mason served as director of research and community impact at Innovia Foundation and in senior research roles at both Premier, Inc. and the Washington State Institute for Public Policy. He currently holds an appointment as a quarterly faculty member in the Eastern Washington University College of Professional Programs. Mason earned a doctoral degree from Washington State University (2017) and a certificate in advanced evaluation practices from The Evaluators Institute at Claremont Graduate University (2021).
