Will is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of JFS. His responsibilities include program oversight and mobilization of philanthropic, volunteer and advocacy support to meet the needs of those who are most vulnerable in the Puget Sound region.
Before coming to JFS, Will was Senior Vice President and Rabbi in Residence at Repair the World. He developed innovative partnership initiatives with organizations across the United States. Will cultivated dedication to service through a Jewish lens by working with and teaching at a variety of educational institutions.
Will is a graduate of the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies. He is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post and other national publications. Will has lived in Israel, England and several cities around the United States. Will is married to Dr. Lelach Rave and their family includes three children: Nativ, Idan and Ma’ayan.
