Ken Berger serves as the Executive Director of Spectrum360 with decades of nonprofit leadership and hands-on experience supporting children and adults with special needs. He served as Executive Director for CTC Academy for the last four years. Before that, Berger held leadership positions at Algorhythm, Charity Navigator, Jawonio, the Floating Hospital, and Volunteers of America. Throughout his career, he has focused on providing the highest quality student/client-centered services.
Mr. Berger holds an MBA from Rutgers University, a Master’s degree from Antioch College in Developmental/Clinical Psychology, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and a leadership Certificate for Nonprofit Chief Executives. He currently serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Private Special Education Centers in Washington DC, The Alliance of Private Special Education Schools of North Jersey, and ASAH.
