Navjeet Singh is a workforce development advisor focusing on improving the impact of workforce development networks, partnerships and programs. As Senior Vice President at the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, he supported peer learning and evaluation, grantmaking and finance for a national network of over 30 regional workforce development funder collaboratives and over a hundred partnerships with over 2500 employers and 800 nonprofits/colleges. As Vice President at Commonwealth Corporation, he led research and evaluation activities working on identifying skills gaps, industry workforce partnerships, measurement of business impact and associated policy issues.

He previously worked in the technology sector on project management and process engineering to manage and improve R&D processes and reduce time to market.

Navjeet has been active on civil rights and equity issues and is currently on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, and on the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s Civil Rights Task Force. Navjeet studied Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and an MS in Science and Technology Studies from Rensselaer.
