Julie Erickson is the Executive Director at the Center for Hearing & Speech, a nonprofit clinic that provides speech therapy and hearing health services to people in need at little to no cost. Julie has been in the nonprofit sector for more than 25 years in a variety of roles including programmatic, business development, and fundraising, and has written and received more than $20M in grants. Julie currently serves as the Board Chair for Caritas Family Solutions, was on the board of the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois, and spent five years on the national Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Julie has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
