She is the former associate director of the Center for Public Health Systems Science, a leading public health research and evaluation center. Nancy has over 18 years of experience in designing and implementing large scale evaluations in public health and social services, strategic planning, and management. Nancy has worked with many organizations across Missouri and nationally to enhance their own evaluation capacity using a multi-pronged approach of assessing current capacity and then implementing a tailored program of trainings and technical assistance.
