Jen has devoted more than 15 years of her professional career helping companies grow and scale their operations. From leading an education non-profit through national expansion to helping an international, philanthropic organization quintuple its size–while earning a Best Place to Work distinction–Jen is committed to the marriage of purpose and performance. Her motto is to inspire people to “live uncaged,” and she recently started a consulting business with a mission of helping small- and mid-sized companies think through cultural transformation and other operational challenges. Jen holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master of Education from the Stanford Graduate School of Education. In her spare time, Jen indulges her creative side through Cotton Canary, where she is Founder & Creative Director of responsibly produced clothing for women on the move.
