Linda joined Morino Ventures in August 2017, is a member of the Leap Ambassadors and Senior Director of the Leap Ambassadors Community. Previous experience includes 22 years with the Domestic Violence & Child Advocacy Center where she rose through the ranks as a therapist, development director, and program administrator and then served as CEO for the past nine years. Additionally she was a Faculty Liaison with Cleveland State University, worked with the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, and a Mediator and Trainer with Cleveland Mediation Center. Linda’s career has been marked by strong advocacy for women and children, the homeless population, survivors of violence, and social justice issues. She has an affinity for program and leadership development, strategic design, advocacy, challenging the status quo, and systems change work.

Linda was President of the Ohio Domestic Violence Network, served on numerous boards in the social sector, and has been recognized for her strong leadership, collaborative spirit, and ability to create change among multidisciplinary teams. She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Cleveland State University and her Master’s degree in Social Science Administration from Case Western University.
